Diesel is a commodity sold on a global market. Unless Putin is releasing his emergency stockpiles of diesel (highly unlikely given the war he is waging), this announcement does absolutely nothing except align the US with his interests. Putin is as clever as the MAGAs are stupid.

Claude can't even remember what it did five minutes ago. LLMs currently have no self-improvement ability (nor memory) whatsoever. Instead, "memory" is simulated by feeding the LLM larger prompts that retain the conversation history (which includes human & agent prompts & previous LLM response).
