276 (62%) of accidents with pedestrians, cyclists or other non-motor vehicles occurred within 50 ft of a crosswalk.
272 of those 276 incidents resulted in injuries, with many being multiple individuals, with 62% of total incidents with injuries occurring 50 ft from a crosswalk compared to those that weren’t. In total, 295 people were injured 50 ft from crosswalks.
9 (2%) incidents of those 276 resulted in fatalities (all individual deaths) with 56% occurring 50 ft from crosswalks. 3 of those 9 deaths (33%) occurred at proposes NTOR signage.
