I have two publications on Leaflet and was thinking of switching to pckt, but when I log in to pckt and check the dropdown at the top I'd expect to see my publications in that dropdown, since they're just standard.site records right? or maybe they were created before the integration?

this is amazing 😍. you should store the data for it on atproto so I can log in with my Bluesky account automatically, and when I make one it stores it in my PDS (I and most people on this app are on PDSs run by Bluesky, but not all). that way I don't lose it once I make it if I lose the link

I don’t agree that this was a bad decision, and I think Meta was right to be held liable here. but I *am* very worried about the ways they claim the state is aiming to force Meta to change their platform. “age verification” and “removing encryption” sounds like a really shitty plan

In the next phase of the legal proceedings, due to begin on 4 May, the attorney general's office will seek additional financial penalties and court-mandated changes to Meta's platforms that "offer stronger protections for children", said Torrez.
The design feature changes the state is seeking include "enacting effective age verification, removing predators from the platform, and protecting minors from encrypted communications that shield bad actors".
