Definitely Not Windows — Windows 11½
The operating system Microsoft definitely did not make. An interactive parody of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Copilot, updates, ads, and subscriptions.

All this AGI talk confuses me. I think we've finally delivered on the promise of 'smart speaker'.

Unless it makes it more confusing Async js/ts is like a set of code where we couldn't know when any operation would finish. Thats why the async/await syntax is so contagious The then() method allowed us to subscribe to these async operations in a syncronous way This new update just mumbles it up

That's cool. How was it done (I mean the downsizing 🥲️) Did you have to re-write any part of it natively...

kit #firefox
A side-by-side comparison meme layout split into two horizontal panels against a dark background. The top panel shows an anime scene featuring Kurama, the orange, nine-tailed fox spirit from Naruto, mid-battle. Kurama is being blasted backward by a massive, powerful wave of blue and white energy, with its arms stretched forward and multiple tails trailing behind. The bottom panel displays the Mozilla Firefox web browser logo, featuring an stylized orange and yellow fox wrapping around a blue globe. The composition highlights the humorous visual similarity between the fox in the anime battle and the design of the Firefox logo.

Satisfying the typescript Gods 🙇‍♀️
A dark-mode code editor displaying two TypeScript type guard functions.

The first function is isAuthError(object: unknown): object is AuthError. It returns a boolean by checking if the object is not null, its typeof is "object", and then uses type casting (object as any) three times to check if .body is not null, if typeof .body is "object", and if the string "code" is in .body.

The second function is isDBError(object: unknown): object is DBError. It follows a nearly identical structure, but contains a copy-paste error. It checks if the object is not null and if its typeof is "object". Then, it checks if (object as any).cause != null. However, the next two lines mistakenly check (object as any).body == "object" and "code" in (object as any).body instead of using the .cause property.

fighting the giant in the room
An epic fantasy illustration depicting a colossal armored giant towering over a smaller, red-clad warrior. The giant, representing "codemirror.js," holds a massive sword, its body emanating a fiery glow. The small warrior below, labeled "My current JS skills," stands ready for battle with a much smaller blade. The background is a chaotic, war-torn landscape under a dramatic, cloudy sky with rays of light breaking through.
