Latest tablet review is up... This time it's the Artist Ultra 16 from @xppenofficial.bsky.social It's a really decent pen display that offers most of what more advanced users would want at an affordable price point. There were some small issues though... youtu.be/0vqgJaxFvvo?...

Freelance illustration gigs drying up. Ad agencies using Midjourney instead of hiring human artists. Costume design turned over to AI wholesale. Good work vanishing. These are the stories of working visual artists, who describe losing jobs, wages, and hope as their clients and bosses embrace AI.

The #Huion Kamvas Pro 19... definitely one of the top drawing tablets I've tested so far. - 19", 4k display, 60Hz refresh rate - smooth multitouch - 2x pens with PenTech 4.0 delivers great drawing experience - fold out legs give 20degree drawing angle. Video review here: youtu.be/Hf01mwaGtdI?...

Sunday night, choosing the controller to wrap up this painting for my review of the Kamvas Pro 19. It came with the Keydial Mini K20 but... Of course, I'm going with the Tourbox Elite Plus Review of that here: youtu.be/V9AjTTVPlUg?...

Loving the @tourbox.bsky.social Elite Plus on iPad. Having button combos and button + dial pairings sets Tourbox (even the Lite) well above other shortcut controllers for me. And that side button is my primary modifier for everything else. More in my review here: youtu.be/V9AjTTVPlUg?...

My favourite thing about a Tourbox? Button combos. More specifically button+dial combinations. Here I have the main dial of the Elite Plus to adjust my brush size on Magma. Then the side button together with the same dial for adjusting opacity. @tourbox.bsky.social @magma-com.bsky.social
