The most underrated game from last gen?

Jake @exsplat.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

@grubb.wtf PC Game Pass has day one games. It’s not just Ultimate that gets them. FYI

This is really cool. @chucktowski.com don’t know if it’s possible but it would be cool if you could link your steam/playstation/xbox accounts and have what you’re playing(playtime, achievements) automatically tracked on your profile.

As a PC player using mouse and keyboard I wish it would separate by input methods. It’s a little frustrating playing against people using a controller. I’m not sure when the last time you played COD but the aim assist has gotten out of control.

@grubb.wtf Call of Duty does not separate players based on input method. Keyboard and mouse players get thrown together with controller players.

Have you considered putting SteamOS on the laptop you plug into your TV?

Finished 007 First Light. Really good game, hopefully IOI can continue making Bond games in the future.

In all the years I’ve been listening to you on podcasts I don’t think I’ve ever heard you talk about any Hong Kong action movies. Just curious if you’ve watched many of them @alexnavarro.bsky.social

God of War Laufey looks great. Can’t wait to play it.

So it’s not as good as Metroid Prime 4?

Jake @exsplat.bsky.social · 09/04/2026

You’re right! I completely forgot about that one

John Woo should make a Punisher movie

It’s one of my favorite practice effects monster movies from the 80s along with The Thing and The Blob

I wish there was a game like Shinobi: Art of Vengeance but starred Gordon Liu’s character from 8 Diagram Pole Fighter youtu.be/AoKUf1kMv_g?...

I really want this to be good. I love The Expanse books and show.

I’ve been trying that but I’m playing on the hardest difficulty and I’m getting swarmed so fast, typically not making it to the first boss. I should probably lower the difficulty.

Also, I’m not a big Castlevania fan but the new one looks awesome. I’m most excited for Control Resonant however

It’s by far my favorite. I wish it was more of a remake than a remaster but I’ll take what I can get.

I have this box set too! The movies in it were pretty hit or miss with me but I’m definitely glad I have it!

The PlayStation state of play from this week was kind of amazing. Looking forward to so many games. Can’t wait to play the best Metal Gear Solid again!

I’m glad there is someone else that dislikes Voyager as much as I do.

Thinking about it, Ninja 3 might actually be my most watched. When I was very young(probably 4 years old) my dad had recorded it off of cable and I used to watch that tape literally every morning.
