Third round of Garmin coaching is paying off! 🎉 Managed to beat my previous 5k record (27:40) by 1 minute and 20 seconds, landing at 26:20 😄. As a bonus, my VO₂ max gave me a little nod up to 49. #Garmin #running 🏃‍♂️💨

Officially my second 5k! 🎉 Garmin coach is slowly but surely guiding me. This was a 15 min 5:40/km pace block, flanked by 10 min at 6:40/km. Not fast, but I'm trying my best to show up! #RunnersInTech
