9. If she does, attorney-client privilege could end up being waived and all Freedman's comms around Wilson could be up for discovery. Freedman won't be able to object. Which I'm sure Ghost will be very happy about.

7. The updated testimony appears to be suggesting Bryan Freedman went rogue. Blaming him for transmitting the file to Nathan, who built the site, and destroying evidence. This is a warning shot to Bryan Freedman.

6. Rebel of course, would have recognized the copy on the site as her document, or at the least known the origin of it when it was produced in the McInnes trial. Yet she continued to deny any knowledge of it.

4. But the main thrust is that simply because Melissa says a document came from Rebel and metadata suggests it to be authored by Rebel's Microsoft account (Camp Sugar) that doesn't prove Rebel wrote the copy for the website. Which seems reasonable until...

3. Second they argue that Wilson didn't perjure herself but instead the produced documents contradicting her testimony "have refreshed her recollection". "I suddenly remembered my crimes once presented with evidence of them" is an *interesting* choice.

2. First Wilson tries the battle tested "uno reverse" claiming it is actually Ghost who is hiding evidence claiming Wilson hasn't gotten documents asked for in discovery and Ghost "has made conflicting statements under oath" about who engaged Hiltzik.

At least five women have filed lawsuits saying they were the targets of malicious campaigns run by professionals to destroy their reputations. When The New York Times interviewed more than 60 people and analyzed hundreds of documents to examine the allegations, a pattern emerged.

12. With Wilson and Nathan contradicting their story and blaming each other, it will be hard for them to fight these sanctions motions. Both have now admitted lying to multiple Courts for over two years. Good luck convincing the Court, this time, you're finally being truthful.

11. As with Jones' motion for sanctions, Ghost is seeking an Order striking Wilson's Answers and defenses, preventing her from contesting the defamation claims. Ghost is also seeking monetary sanctions of $524,026 for false testimony and spoliation.

10. They say Wilson took the conversations about the smear campaign to Signal, to utilize auto-deletion to hide evidence. But also that Wilson never produced any non-Signal messages on the topic and has "presumably destroyed those as well". A repeat of Wayfarer's behavior.

9. Ghost is labelling Wilson's behavior as "Pervasive, Extraordinary Misconduct". Highlighting that not only did Wilson file multiple dispositive motions premised on her false testimony but took that false testimony all the way to the Court of Appeal.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
8. Wilson has also hidden, failed to produce or destroyed responsive documents. For example, Wilson claimed she did not know who Jed Wallace is, and when asked for all communications with him stated "no such documents exist". Wallace has produced emails exchanged with Wilson.

7. Ghost hammers the blatant fraud by Wilson. On July 10th 2024, Rebel posted a video to Insta calling the Deb's producers "absolute fuckwits". Despite the video being available until July 2026, Wilson deleted it and tried to claim it had only been available for 24hrs.

6. I had mentioned before this causes a massive credibility problem for both Wilson and Nathan. Since the Court is unlikely to care who is telling the truth now, only that both lied to and defrauded the Court for months.

expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
5. Wilson has since offered new testimony suddenly remembering who was involved and blames Bryan Freedman, Jed Wallace and Melissa Nathan. Nathan in response blames Wilson.
120
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
4. Originally Rebel Wilson, like Melissa Nathan, denied having any involvement in the creation of the smear sites and repeatedly denied any awareness of anyone who was involved.

3. However Wilson's own former publicist has produced documents showing that the day Variety's Matt Donnelly published the demand letter, Wilson had sent it to her publicist saying "Can you send this immediately to Matt" Proving that Wilson was indeed the source.

2. Ghost sued Wilson in part, for leaking Freedman's demand letter to the media. On October 21, 2024, Wilson filed an Anti-SLAPP motion seeking to dismiss that claim as "Wilson and her counsel did not publish it to the press" a lie she maintained for two years.

15. Seeing Wilson's contradictory testimony being eviscerated in the courts right now, Justin should be counting his lucky stars his lawsuit settled before trial. Unfortunately for Nathan, her legal misfortunes continue to grow as her history finally catches up with her.

14. Wilson's case is almost a direct parallel of Baldoni's. A problematic Director is called out by multiple members of production and hires TAG to attack their accusers, plant stories and influence public opinion as litigation strategy.
101
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
13. Also like Baldoni, we see Wilson not only claim credit for someone else's IP, but threatening others, diminishing their contributions and claiming they were being "ungrateful for the opportunity" given them.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
12. There's also a moment, much like we saw in the Wayfarer depositions, where Wilson comes back from break, entirely unprompted by her lawyers of course, to correct earlier testimony.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
11. Wilson's testimony here also begins to contradict her own testimony elsewhere. Wilson is asked if her Word account is registered to "Camp Sugar", the author of the draft website copy, she says she doesn't know. Forgetting she already testified it is in the McInnes trial.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
10. In another example, Wilson, who along with Nathan denied being involved in any website, says she sent TAG an email, not produced in discovery, about building a personal website and offers to pull it up on her phone. Her lawyers intervene advising her not to do that.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
9. Leading to a self own where Wilson is asked about an "Anti-A story" discussed with Nathan and who, other than Amanda Ghost, Wilson would want to write a negative story about. Wilson says she has a list and starts to rattle off names, then quickly backtracks.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
8. Wilson's refusal to confirm anything, goes so far as to produce a lengthy back and forth that Wilson is unsure what Nathan means by the term "F them".
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
7. One message shows her telling Melissa Nathan directly to leak negative information to Page Six, one of Nathan's go-to media outlets. Wilson's response? "That's what it states on this piece of paper".
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
6. In fact, Wilson refuses to confirm these are her text messages, confirming only that is what is written on the piece of paper before her. She does this 10 times.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
5. Which explains how Wilson contracted Wallace's contagious "deposition induced amnesia". Like Wallace, Wilson can't recall sending text messages or making social media posts bearing her name, even agreeing the contents expressed her sentiment at the time.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
4. Yet there's text chats directly between Melissa Nathan and Rebel Wilson. In one, Nathan tells Wilson she's "incredibly close to Jed" and therefore trustworthy. Suggesting Wilson had a working relationship with Jed Wallace before Melissa Nathan.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
3. Since then depositions from Melissa Nathan and TAG confirmed that Rebel Wilson was a client. Despite that in her deposition Wilson continued to claim her lawyer Bryan Freedman had engaged TAG, not her.
110
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
2. As background, Wilson has consistently denied any involvement in the website even denying engaging TAG. On 60 minutes Wilson denied Nathan was doing publicity for her and was "a woman who worked for my lawyer"

🚨Rebel Wilson's full deposition is released🚨 As part of Ghosts MSJ, they submitted Wilson's deposition and it is worth looking at by itself, because it completely contradicts Wilson's defenses regarding the Amanda Ghost smear site built by TAG...🧵

expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
10. As with Baldoni, Wilson's counterclaims appear designed more to throw something at the wall and hope it sticks, than any viable legal claims. We'll see if they survive.
000
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
9. Which suggests Rebel's allegations were retaliatory. Especially since the same day TAG discuss that "Rebel wants a one of those sites", Rebel had sent a threatening email to Sir Len Blavatnik warning "I have no choice".
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
8. She also testified that she doesn't have personal knowledge and belief that the statements of Ghost's sexual misconduct are true, that they are merely "possible".
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
7. However in Wilson's deposition, she admits she had no evidence of embezzlement, wasn't making a legal claim and intended the word to mean "dodgy with money".
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
6. Ghost also argues to strike a number of Wilson's defenses to Ghost's own claims. Wilson has claimed her allegations of embezzlement and sexual harassment are true and therefore not defamation.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
5. Ghost also argues Punitive Damages also fails since Wilson has now shown any “oppression, fraud, or malice” intended to cause injury required for the claim.
100
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
4. Quantum meruit is another form of "not getting what I was promised" legal claim. Ghost argues this fails because any agreement was superseded by signed formal contracts.
110
expatriarch.bsky.social @expatriarch.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
3. Wilson's claims for unpaid wages should also be thrown out since, as signed contracts show, Wilson was never an employee of Ghost or Ghost’s company.
