You have to take care of yourself to be able to accomodate anyone else. If someone impinges upon that, the only way you can give them any space is if you can be away from them. If you can't, conflict is inevitable.

The Underpass is going to live rent free inside my head for years. I definitely feel you on how it feels like they didn't have as tight a grip on some things that the previous games were solid on, though.

There is of course some nuance there - I don't do a good job when I'm purely painting to spite myself. But if a mini or two have to look a bit rough to help break down the 'block' so to speak, it's how I have to do the trade for now.

I put the paint on the minis. I have Simple Green under my sink for when I feel like I want to do it over, but if I never use the brush, I never get better at it.
