Does anyone know how to disable this Copilot dialogue in Microsoft Word for MacOS? *** Yes, I have tried looking in preferences (they removed the #Copilot checkbox option that was there previously), and no I don't see a menu option for File > Options like many online posts recommend.

Screenshot from Microsoft Word for Mac that reads Press "[command key]+[shift]+o to draft with Copilot"

Jesse James has been patiently waiting and waiting for #Caturday to arrive! Finally!? …he hopes you are having a brilliant and fulfilling day! 😻

A photo of an adorable orange and white tabby cat sitting in a partial “loaf” on the edge of a beige couch with his front paws hanging off the end. He is looking directly at us and his tail hangs down off the side of the armrest. In the background there is a small bright orange wicker lamp illuminating the scene and windows.

Our new place is a lot more lively at night than our old place, and I'm a very light sleeper. I've never needed earplugs for sleeping before, but I'm getting desperate for some good sleep. Anyone have recommendations for earplugs or other tricks for dealing with nighttime noise?
