Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 08/10/2026
I sleep 8-9 hours, feel great for 7 hours, crash for 4, feel great for 4, bedtime. If I try to circumvent the crash I instead become useless for the rest of the day. After 8 hours awake I feel like it's been 20. Any more is suffering.

Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 08/10/2026
I wish I could fuckin stop it too. I sleep enough hours and feel great and energized until noon, then I eat and completely crash. Food i supposed to energize you, right? I'm useless for hours once I've eaten. Dunno if it's the food or if I just happen to crash at that time.

Results
Data were analyzed from sixty participants (85% female, mean age 37 years). No time-by-group interaction effects were observed for HRQoL.
Upright time was reduced in the intervention group compared with controls, with an estimated between-group difference of -31 min/day, (95% CI -57 to -6). For secondary outcomes, daily steps were reduced in the intervention group, whereas both groups improved in POTS symptoms, activity limitations, and physical capacity, with a trend toward reduced post-exertional malaise. No other secondary outcomes showed significant effects.
Conclusions
Tailored exercise did not outperform standard care in HRQoL and was associated with reduced upright time, while improvements in several secondary outcomes were observed in both groups. Heterogeneity supports an individualized approach to exercise, integrated with pharmacological and multimodal management strategies.

which would cause issues with anything wheat, milk sugar, refined sugar, potatoes, milk products with high fat content, beans & lentils all things I have had issues with except maybe the regular sugar. It would also leave me with pretty much an east asian diet.

cn food issues if I'm right (this time, finally, maybe), then I wasn't entirely off with my guesses at gluten, wheat, lactose or tomatoes. Testing rn and we'll see how it goes my current guess is some sort of carbohydrate malabsorption

so it sort of, in a way, goes in the same direction as your dream: confidently wearing traditionally "feminine" things while still passing that's the dream tbh

it's surprisingly really affirming because the people forcing me into a dress look like absolute dumbfucks and I look like a fabulous gay dude in a dress I think being on T weirdly adjusted my nightmares to be not nightmarish anymore

I keep dreaming about getting forced into a dress and growing long hair for some event (wedding, family dinner). But in all those dreams I'm just this fat hairy man in a dress with long hair, like CLEARLY a guy. irl I still pass for butch lesbian sometimes and a dress would make me hella dysphoric

The best people are the ones who don't ask and just stop refering to you by any name and pronouns. The ones who you can tell they know, they clocked you as "something" but they don't get it and don't give a fuck either unless YOU want to tell them. I have some neighbours like that, I think.

literally telefonische Sprechstunde + postalisches Rezept. Not that hard. Like I bet digital prescriptions are super useful but I personally have had nothing but problems. Might be because the local GP is run like a bored and distracted highschooler sits at the front desk

I fear my power to "eat whatever I want without gaining any weight" might be entirely hinging on me probably not actually digesting much of what I eat.

Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
cn food eating weight loss I am no longer surprised that I can eat 1kg of pasta in one sitting or that I have a bunch of vitamin deficiencies all the time, I AM however suprised that I'm somehow keeping a very stable weight and that I don't have MORE deficiencies.

the majority of what I can (probably) eat still comes with challenges: - meat is expensive, especially the type I can renconcile with my conscience - fresh veggies are almost impossible with adhd, I forget about them until they go bad - fruit: I'm allergic to most of it

cn food issues I think I've narrowed down the offending foods pretty well. Now to make a meal plan of what options remain. I'm not looking to have to get creative every day, I'd rather know what to buy and eat in advance. The real challenge is finding something digestible that I also like

soll heißen: tendentiell die pdf schuld. Vielleicht auch acrobat.
110
Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
110
Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Blattgemuese (he/it) @exblattgemuese.bsky.social · 29/09/2026
