Heheh~ And yeah, I imagine so! Pears can be a little neat, cuz cooking them can make them turn pink! Like this Pic! I imagine with fresh fruit I'd start them together in a pan to cook down and release a lot of juice. Once they're softer, set aside and maybe thicken the juice. Add all to pie crust!

For those curious, too! The pink pears surprised me at first but all is well.
