It's likely made by Annie, on an nginx server in Germany, serving a 301 with a Let'sEncrypt cert issued apparently on Nov 4th 2025. That's all I can say from quick OSINT :D (The name Annie was volunteered to be public, I'm not doxxing anyone)

The fact we login to bsky.social and not bsky.app (where we usually log in)(and because of that, cookies aren't shared so we _need_ to login even though we are already logged into bsky.app) really adds to the confusion. My password manage (bitwarden) very rightfully initially refuses to autofill.

🎉 Wasm3 v0.9.0 is out! 🎉 It is the first major update in FIVE years. That sounds like a software story. It isn't. Four years ago, I wrote that my house had been destroyed by russians, and that I had to put #Wasm3 into minimal maintenance. The war never went away.
