evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 3hThe only thing giving me some hope that it’s a tribal swap to two and not three tribes, is there is still 17 people left. So it’s way easier to split them into two tribes of eight and have one person go to Exile Island, than doing some weird, unnecessary three tribal split. #Survivor #Survivor51 020
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 3hUnfortunately, I think Jeff couldn’t help himself and we all knew inevitably he would get in the way at some point, killing the momentum of a potentially great season. Which appears to be the case with next week’s tribal swap, to the dreaded three tribe format. #Survivor #Survivor51 150
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 4hI’m not going to post often about #Survivor, as there just isn’t much of a want for my opinion clearly, which is totally OK. But a huge reason why #Survivor51 is off to such an incredible start, is because production (mainly Jeff) has stayed out of the way and allowed the players to actually play. 060

evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Why people choose to stan so hard for someone, treating them as a deity despite their toxic traits, and be obsessively devoted to them, is a curious symptom of watching the show. I saw this with Dee more than any other player this season. It’s fascinating to me what causes/creates that. #BB28 #bbsky 091
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 02/10/2026I think it’s an example of hero worship and again an interesting thought exercise of why that happens with certain players, specifically these three this season. Someone much smarter than me could provide much better analysis on this, just something I think is worth exploring. #BB28 #bbsky 190
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 02/10/2026The grace that was afforded to them, despite the entitlement/arrogance they played with, production blatantly helping them, as well as their treatment of Lala and Taylor, was strange. It’s intriguing to me on why Angela, Dee, and Devens were never held accountable for those things. #BB28 #bbsky 190
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 02/10/2026I do think this season shined a spotlight on the standom culture of the show in a really interesting way, particularly with Angela, Dee, and Devens. They were given every advantage, helped cultivate and contributed to the toxicity of the house, yet constantly were defended or praised. #BB28 #bbsky 1130

evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 28/09/2026I genuinely have respect for those of you who grinded through the episodes this year. You all are troopers bro. I’m not sure I personally ever watched less episodes of a season, mainly because I hated most of #BB28. But consistent 90 minute or two hour episodes, don’t work well at all on BB. #bbsky 030
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 25/09/2026That’s all I’m saying and I have nothing but respect for the person who posted that btw, truly nothing against them. I just don’t get why people pretend she wasn’t helped by production the entire time, and still couldn’t win. Like why can’t they acknowledge she wasn’t some legend? #BB28 #bbsky 030
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Like I even saw a prominent person post about how Dee might’ve got lucky, she was flawed, the vets had advantages the whole time, but SHE PLAYED. evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 25/09/2026So I do watch, although I took a break for 49 and 50. Truly elated she didn’t win. #BB28 #bbsly 1110
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 25/09/2026I’m honestly grateful someone else feels the same way, because I felt kind of on an island and sort of isolated from the endless support she received. I just will never get the hype for anything she did this season. #BB28 #bbsky 170
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 25/09/2026All in all, to keep it as short and sweet as I can, I think Dee’s one of the most overrated players in the history of the show. If it wasn’t for production’s meddling and immense help, she would’ve likely gone pre jury. I’m glad she didn’t win. Her eviction was long overdue. #BB28 #bbsky 1100
evzotti.bsky.social @evzotti.bsky.social · 25/09/2026There’s a lot I could say about Dee, and the stan culture that was cultivated around her this season.
