evn.gg @evn.gg · 24/04/2025ALL THESE DEVELOPERS .... COMPLAINING ABOUT SPEED.... YET USING WEBVIEW... HASHTAG NOOTICING 010
evn.gg @evn.gg · 24/04/2025I have been notified that tauri isn't chromium, but it is still a webview though 🧐 140
evn.gg @evn.gg · 24/04/2025it rubs me the wrong way when a tool is advertised as faster cuz rust, then it's just another electron wrapper this is just a nit pick tho 010
evn.gg @evn.gg · 24/04/2025lowkey i just realised that people rewriting their stuff in tauri just because it's rust and its "faster" is so stupid it's still a browser, most of ur front facing logic is ran on the browser, if ur gonna write your stuff in a lower lvl lang, write a native ui 140
