Thus Humanity made the shift from seeking to be content, to creating and sharing content. It happened so subtly that no one even noticed.

During the campaign Republicans spent roughly $215 million on ads attacking transgender people without regard for the danger to trans kids. That’s more than they spent on ads on housing, immigration, and the economy. Hatred always comes back on you. So does goodness. I pray we find our way soon.

At some federal agencies, these are the same people that help the government use the disgusting provisions of the 1972 EEO Act to shut down federal employees reporting sexual misconduct. Been studying them for 7 years. Adios.

You want a Chief Information Systems Security Officer. Agencies have configuration and control around IT. There are technological safeguards and procedures with internal control points. If somebody got access to a system and changed it “out of process” it can be audited and de-certified.

I think enough questions have been raised that everyone would benefit from understanding what happened. The best bet would be to reach out to the agency Configuration Management team and ask about their annual certification procedures. It’s also worth checking in with their cyber security team.

I spent 15 or so years working on federal payment systems—this sounds improbable. If they did change a system on the fly without defects, I’m impressed. For those concerned, federal IT systems are generally certified on a periodic basis. THAT is the control point to catch problems retrospectively.

I was shocked to learn that there was a Trump guitar brand back in the 1970s.
