I was 6. My family was gathered around chatting and watching Night of the Living Dead on TV. The zombies were scary but the brand new feeling of claustrophobia of the idea of being trapped in that house got to me. No one knew I was having a problem until I vomited rotel cheese dip onto the carpet.

I never really thought about that. I just realized here (Arkansas) we'd probably pronounce the individually wrapped caramel cubes as care-uh-mels. But a caramel apple is pronounced car-mul apple.

Maybe give each Pres a traditional nomination for the 1 federal circuit, replaced every administration. Throw in some checks and balances. No lifetime appointments, random selection for each case, and hopefully merit-based supreme selections. Might work! Might not. Better than this mess.

The 5 supremes will be voted on by their peer judges in each regional circuit, and must have a number of years of experience in the judicial arts. Hopefully this would encourage merit -based selections of respected judges. Add something like a 15 year term limit and watchdogs for bribery. (cont)

My completely layman's proposal on how to fix the supreme court. Increase number of "seats" to match the number of circuit courts (currently 13). Each circuit seat has a pool of 5 supreme court judges which will be randomly selected for each case in front of the court. (cont)

In AR the library board was replaced with religious fanatics who are mirroring much of what you posted. They want any books on lgbtq placed in a restricted section or lose state funding. Libraries don't even have room for restricted sections! Central AR (Little Rock etc) are trying to fight back.

It says it was discontinued in 94, but I feel like I stopped seeing it on shelves before then, replaced by Yoohoo. I remember preferring Chocolate Soldier for flavor, but that might just be because it's what I grew up with.
