Guten Morgen zusammen! Weil’s heute wieder sehr heiß werden soll, gibt’s statt des üblichen Satellitenbildes der Sonne nochmal ‘ne Kugel Pistazien-Eis.

Das kleine Späßchen kennt ihr inzwischen ja. Auch diesmal ist es natürlich ein aktuelles Bild der Sonne per Satellit SDO. Auf der gelbgrün eingefärbten Oberfläche zwei kleine Sonnenflecken als etwas dunklere Punkte dargestellt. Um die Sonne das Schwarz des Alls.

Weil es so kompliziert ist, hier nochmal eine unserer aufwendigen Visualisierungen, die (natürlich nur stark vereinfacht) den Unterschied zwischen einer partiellen und einer totalen Sonnenfinsternis zeigt.

Mal wieder eines unserer Spaßbilder, das wir hier aus dem Archiv gekramt haben. Wobei es eigentlich zwei Bilder sind, und zwar jeweils mit zwei runden Keksen auf einer Tischplatte. Im linken Bild liegt ein Schokokeks nur teilweise auf einem hellen Keks, sodass davon ein Großteil unbedeckt bleibt. Im rechten Bild liegt der Schokokeks ganz auf dem hellen Keks - na ja, jedenfalls fast.

Guten Morgen zusammen - zur allgemeinen Abkühlung anstelle des üblichen Sonnenbildes hier eine Aufnahme vom Neptun-Mond Triton, wo angenehme -235 Grad Celsius herrschen.

Der Mond aus einiger Entfernung von der Sonde Voyager 2 aufgenommen, hier nur teilweise als Halbkugel gezeigt mit dem gebogenen Horizont oben, darüber das Schwarz des Alls. Die eisige Oberfläche ist beigefarben und von einigen Verwerfungen gezeichnet, wobei es da im Bildausschnitt zwei sehr unterschiedliche Regionen gibt. Oben sind Erhebungen zu erkennen und auch Brüche zwischen den Eisplatten, darunter eine fast homogen und sehr fein strukturierte Ebene, die leicht milchig und etwas heller wirkt.
