RIP John Blanche. One of the greatest, the one who defined what the worlds of Warhammer looked like, and one of my all time favourite artists. You inspired us.

Give me your favourite Non-Trek performance from a Star Trek actor. Walter Koenig as Alfred Bester in Babylon 5 was so good that I might as well consider him more of a B5 actor than a ST one.

My first ttrpgs. Although, there were some homebrews after ANKH and KERP (Finnish edition of MERP) that were heavily inspired by either ANKH or crpgs: Ultima and Bard's Tale -series. #ttrpg

One game I have to mention specifically is System Shock. It was the first game I was truly addicted to: I booted up my computer before school so I could play a little, and in school all I could think of was getting back home so I could explore the Citadel station some more. It was truly immersive.

Games that shaped me and my taste in video games.
Covers of six video games: Pool of Radiance, Ultima 5, the Bard's Tale 3, Star Control 2, Darklands and Dungeon Master.

And there's one title above all else, the one game I'm waiting the most, that I haven't played, even though it's probably in a good state right now, as I want to experience it in finished state from start to finish: Gloomwood.

I've been burned up by so many early access titles in the past, that I've been mainly avoiding them, but in the past year I've played 4 excellent ones: Stoneshard, Quasimorph, No Rest for the Wicked & Witchfire. They definitely deserve your time.

Steam Replay time! I have to say mapless Valheim was amazing. Especially experiencing Mistlands for the first time ever without a map was something else. This year saw a return of asynchronous multiplayer games as we played Dominions 6 and Solium Infernum a lot. Great for people with hectic lifes.

It's interesting to see Einstürzende Neubauten rise to the list of my most listened artists according to Spotify Wrapped in 2025. All those hours spent in the hospital gave me time to reacquaint myself with some old favourites.
