In 2019, the Supreme Court reversed his convictions, ruling that there was racial discrimination in jury selection. That same year, Flowers was released from behind bars for the first time since his initial arrest in 1997.

Kirstin Lobato was 18 when she was arrested for the murder of Duran Bailey. In 2017, a judge vacated her murder conviction, finding that Lobato’s lawyers failed to call experts to testify to time of death, which would have supported her strong alibi. Today, Lobato received a $29.5 million settlement

In 2011, Holly Bobo was abducted from her carport. The only clues to her abductor were a fresh palm print & Holly's brother's description of her abductor. Both ruled out the 4 men eventually prosecuted. Check out Episode 1 of our new Undisclosed series: audioboom.com/posts/896034...

4 men were prosecuted for the abduction of Holly Bobo from her carport. All 4 were excluded as the source of a palm print on the hood of Holly's car & none matched the description of the man her brother saw taking her into the woods. New season of Undisclosed debuts tomorrow:

On October 16, 2024 Judge Nelson found, based on the evidence at trial and new evidence since the trial, that Ms. Lucio was actually innocent, did not kill her daughter, and ruled in her favor on all claims. The court concluded, “no rational juror would convict Ms. Lucio.”
