SCOOP: When the Boston Police Department launched a 5 month pilot with Flock, it was supposed to be an island – license plate data unreachable by outside law enforcement. But just three days into the pilot, the department realized the company was sharing data with thousands in the Flock network.

On Saturday, I followed the Tartan Army while Simón Rios embedded with Haiti fans. Our story @wbur.org shares their love of the game. … Not in our story was the journey out of the stadium at 12 a.m. With little signage, fans struggled to reach trains & buses. I saw dozens slip through this fence.
