new loathe tune is CRAZY, had the honor of seeing it live a couple weeks ago and it absolutely stunlocked me and blew me away then, but hearing the studio version feels like it just completely turned my brain inside out, this is gonna fight with vildhjarta for metal album of the decade possibly

how i feel after 2 picoseconds of hanging out with friends and making music with them today after weeks of depression (sorry i had to stretch it out to fit all the text)

The "she wasn't lying, that ass can fart" dog in the wind meme, re-captioned with "she wasn't lying, that spending time together and making music with people I love and respect can make me feel alive again and remind me that life is worth it". The original meme image has been poorly stretched horizontally, both to allow the new text to fit in place of the original caption's "ass" and "fart", and for comedic effect as it excessively distorts the original caption and dog.

that's what i mean though if i do that i fear it will show me less music related things in general rather than specifically less beatles

Eve Ruby @everuby.bsky.social · 21/12/2024

the bsky discover algorithm has figured out that i like music so it shows me posts that it thinks are relevant to that but a solid 80-85% of it is people with 40 followers talking about the beatles and i'm not sure how to let it know that it's a bit off the mark

hey not to be all corny but please understand and internalize that your creative work is vital and beautiful whether others see/hear it or not and that your creative expression enriches the world just by your having done it
