@lindsaysatterfield.bsky.social I saw your post. Just to let you know, you could submit a request without logging in. Go into the support site. There's a little button to submit a request without logging in if you can't. You could share the ticket number in a DM after that

Experience infinite search results ♾ Previously, Evernote capped the number of the search results it displayed at 1️⃣2️⃣8️⃣. While it was likely that what you were looking for was in one of these top results, it wasn’t always the case. Now, your search query returns ALL the relevant results each time. 🚀

Could you address this in a ticket?

🔷 Press ‘Request access’ to ping the original sender via email. 🔷 Once they update your access, you’ll get an email notification that your permissions have been updated. 🔷 From there, use the original link or find the shared content in the ‘Shared with me’ section of your app.

👋 Request note access directly via Evernote’s Lite Editor It happens all the time: Someone sends you a note link but forgets to share it with you beforehand, meaning you’re left looking at a blank screen. Now, you can prompt them to assign you the correct permissions with just one click:

Make sure you’re using the latest version of Evernote to take advantage of our weekly improvements and bug fixes!

010

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

⚙️💼 We’re working on reducing the number of entities (notes, notebooks , tags, metadata, etc.) that sync to each Teams member when a new user joins the company account. This will increase sync performance for everyone.

110

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

✅📎 We recently solved the long-standing phantom attachments bug 👻, where attachments remained in the note thumbnail even after the original file was deleted. Thanks to our improved visibility, we were able to identify the source of the problem and prioritize a fix.

110

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

🔹Greater simplicity → quicker feature development. The logic that powers Evernote’s sync engine is now much clearer and easier to work with. This makes it more straightforward to deploy new features and optimize existing ones. Here are some improvements we’re already working on:

120

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

Here’s how these changes will help improve your Evernote experience: 🔹Better data → improved reliability. We can now observe the causes of slowdowns and errors in a more robust way, helping us squash bugs faster than ever.

110

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

New sync infrastructure, who dis? 🔄 A few weeks ago, we completed another complex under-the-hood migration. This time, we focused on deprecating the clunky, obscure backend technology powering Evernote’s metadata sync engine (RENT) in favor of a simplified modern system 🧵

170

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 16/04/2025

Make sure your using v10.130 or higher on Desktop to experience the speed improvements for yourself! Plus, keep an eye out for similar improvements coming soon to Mobile. 👀

110

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 16/04/2025

By migrating the entire process to a single query, we not only halved loading time, but we also saw a 50% reduction in the CPUs needed to load the list. As a result, your notebook list is smoother and faster to navigate than ever before.

110

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 16/04/2025

⚡ Your notebook list now loads up to 2x faster on Desktop Here’s how we achieved this result: Before, every time you opened your notebook list, Evernote would run multiple queries—in this case, we were processing a whopping 21 requests each time!

141

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 11/04/2025

Available now on Evernote in v10.134. (👆And, yes, you guessed it…this message is brought to you by AI Edit 😍)

010

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 11/04/2025

🚀 Exciting news! Our new AI Edit feature helps you transform your content into engaging social media posts effortlessly. 📱💻 Just select your text, hit AI Edit > Write As > Social media post, and voilà! Not happy with the suggestion? Just hit "regenerate" for more options. 🎉

140

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 10/04/2025

Make sure you’re using v.10.133 or higher on your Mobile device to take advantage of these improvements. We hope to bring you an even faster experience soon!

040

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 10/04/2025

🔹To see a note, the Evernote mobile app needs to load it inside the note editor. 🔹Before, the note editor was re-loaded every time a different note was opened. 🔹Now, the note editor is loaded in the background when the app starts, and is used for all the notes opened and created thereafter.

130

evernote @evernote.bsky.social · 10/04/2025

📱96.5% of iOS users can now load the editor in under 1 second (up from 76%) 🤖97% of Android users load the editor in under 2 seconds (up from 69%) Plus...we made the process of opening and creating notes in Android faster for a much larger portion of the user base (+23% and +15% respectively!). ⬇️✨
