🍽️ Lunch today: stupidly easy spicy peanut noodles. 😋 • Noodles (I had rice ones) • spoonful or two of crunchy pb • same amt of rice vinegar • same amt of soy sauce • half a spoon of chili crunch • 3-4 spoons of noodle water • peanuts and cilantro

Cold weather comfort food: Sopa de Conchas (or as my wife calls it, Mexican Minestrone 🤣). 🍜🍽️

A large bowl of dark reddish soup, with chunks of carrot, zucchini, and potato visible in the broth. The soup has been sprinkled with crumbly feta cheese and roughly chopped up cilantro. Next to the bowl, there is a plate of three folded corn tortillas. It looks like this was taken immediately before someone stuffed their face, so the angle is slightly crooked - likely because they were so excited to eat it.

Writing an introduction to a social media site feels very 2004, so here's a picture of my cat, taken as I write this.
