The Conjuring is top-notch, but I really love the first few Paranormal Activity films as a very close second

Is Nintendo just being Nintendo about this... or are they protecting a potentially big plot point?

I just learned that McDonald's USA got rid of their snack wraps, originally... They never went anywhere at McDonald's Canada, so I was confused when I saw people online clamouring for the wraps.

Can't go wrong with pun-based drinks. I've never tried it, but I bet it's soda-licious.

Mario WOULD be a metric boy 👍🏻

I love that it's in quotation marks... Like they're saying it sarcastically

I was trying to describe the original Animal Crossing to someone who has only played the last two... All I could muster was "there's a vibe to it".

Does the flapping happen regardless of what network device you've connected to? If you're connected directly to that Surfboard modem, do you still experience the disconnects?

We have an electric gooseneck kettle. It's faster than the stove, uses less energy, and I don't have a pot of boiling water that my clumsy ass can spill everywhere.

Performed my civic duty today! Advanced polls were quick today (pretty busy on Good Friday). Hopefully every Canadian can get out and vote!

I don't know why I'm still watching The Handmaid's Tale. June isn't a badass. She's just selfish and arrogant.

Did you know you can sell your plasma? Can't wait to play Mario Kart World... I'm tired and thirsty all the time, but you can RACE AS A COW

Bro, it's pronounced K-RA-N, like Spam or toe jam 😂

I just put all my life savings into the stalk market this morning. If Tom Nook announces "reciprocal" tariffs, I'm FUCKED

Was the hat colour a deliberate (pickle) choice?

Absolutely loved the show when it started... But if they want me to ever feel bad for Serena, they've lost their minds.

As a Canadian, I was a little worried with Poilievre leading in the polls while everyone soured on Trudeau. Then Trudeau stepped down, and Trump went crazy, and now the Liberal party polling shot WAY up. A front row seat to the circus will do that for ya!

Maaaaan... I finally download Person 5 off GamePass, and days later it's announced that they're dropping it. There is NO way I can get the game done by the 31st :(

I've been enjoying Smartless with Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett. They're really funny people and they amazing guests on every week.

Shovel Knight is such a great game. Gameplay? Tight Visuals? Beautiful Soundtrack? Bangin' Characters? Eclectic Couldn't NOT include at the end of the day.

Xenoverse kind of scratches the itch... but honestly, BT3 is peak Dragon Ball games.

My current Top 25 Games of all time now... I feel like I've snubbed some, but it's how I'm feeling right this second.

Can you attempt to get onto the board yourself? I joined a condo board only a few months after moving into one, and I was able to help influence some pretty big changes that were made.

Man, is this what I have to look forward to in Cloud Gaming? Everybody is bogging down GamePass playing Starfield and I'm just over here trying to load up Sea of Stars

Yoshi pulling his bottom lip up over his nose to hold stuff in his mouth is... Well, I don't know what it is, but it makes me feel uncomfortable

Trying to avoid details, or even screenshots, of Ghibli's The Boy and The Heron is becoming increasingly difficult. Its release in Japan was specifically done without ads and media. I'm trying to go into the movie with the same limited understanding or expectations.

Big Armored Core fan... But, y'know, it really should be ARMOURED Core. My only complaint.

Evan @evanchambers.bsky.social · 01/09/2023

Armored Core VI is so satisfying. It's mostly mindless, but with the right amount of skill required. Most importantly, it RESPECTS YOUR TIME! Missions don't take me all day.
