Amiya is in the landship when the job is finished, thus it has to be after the summer of 1091. It's true that they were in Kazdel in 1090, but Amiya wasn't there, so the job couldn't have been then 100

In the same conversation where he makes the Rim Billiton observation Hoederer also informs Ines about the messenger being from Babel and the contract. 100
