Zakamon Share - Day 91: Zakamon #90 - Illuminatyx This light/ground type is the 3rd of the Elemental Dragons. It has a broken ability. It enables it to release a blinding flash that erases its negative stat changes & lowers its enemy's accuracy. #OC #TraditionalArt #ArtistOnBluesky

The Illuminatyx is resurrected from the DNA of the 3rd of the late great Zokandello Rabbicardio's Dragon X Collection. Its previous design was named Neon. Zak Kavaashii, the Zakamon creator, was really puzzled about the late genius's creativity back in the day. Of the entire collection of the 4 Dragon X creatures, Neon's previous design was the only one on two legs & its power of light was useless.

Zak wanted this creature to have upgraded standards that would make it much more powerful than before. He did love the light type that it already had, but he decided to give it the ground type & make it stand on 4 legs instead.

Making ground & light work together is unique, despite many naysayers claiming the exact opposite, fearful of the explosive side effects of the combination.

As usual, however, Zak has proven them wrong.

Zakamon Share - Day 90: Zakamon #89: Zakumé-Xavii This ice/fire type is the 2nd of the Elemental Dragons & has one type on each side. That enables it to combine the 2 types together into one powerful attack. The downside is that it can only be used once. #OC #DigitalArt #ArtistOnBluesky

The creator, Zak Kavaashii, really had his work cut out here. He's made a couple of zakamon with three heads, but two that are each a half a type is a new direction for him and it works to perfection.

At first, he was really confused by its former design by the great late Zokandello Rabbicardio. It was the same two headed dragon you see now, but each half had its own pair of legs (kinda like CatDog). It also had the inability to stretch and manipulate its body in order to make the limbs work. Since Zak found this to be a flaw in the design, he decided to keep the overall design, but cut off the legs entirely, turning it into a majestic two-headed serpent-like dragon that could use telekinetic flight and have unlimited stretch throughout the entire body, including the curved tendrils upon their heads.

Zakamon Share - Day 89: Zakamon #88: Kayroni-Zero This laser/electric type is the 1st of the former Dragon X Collection, now called the Elemental Dragons. Its ability enables every electric type attack it shoots to give its special attack a "supercharge", so to speak. #DigitalArt #OC

Kayroni-Zero is the first of a team of resurrected creatures from the former project, created by the late Zokandello Rabbicardio, who is the great-great-great-great-grandfather of the creator's girlfriend, Tiffany Rabbicardio.

100 years ago, Zokandello created a set of 4 dragon-like creatures as a small project to solve an energy crisis. While he was very proud of his work, a team of only 4 wasn't enough to cure the worldwide problem. When he passed away at the stunning age of 125, the entire Dragon X Collection went extinct with him, only keeping a single cell of DNA of each one in a time capsule for his future generation. Zak Kavaashii, the creator of the Zakamon Project, discovers this time capsule alongside his girlfriend, Tiffany Rabbicardio, and they immediately start the resurrection of all 4 members of the Dragon X Collection.

While they didn't have elements back then, Zak & Tiffany worked together to give them the proper elements and give them the extraterrestrial energy they rightfully deserve.
