It just needs to be said again and again... Building an organization driven by and centered around one person is not a better way forward. It's the same. It might be okay for a while. But the bigger you build, the more power and influence are gonna mess you up.

For any chance at a better future, the Church must shift from a hierarchical mindset to a network one. This will require challenging many underlying assumptions about "church" and learning a whole new set of skills for how we relate to one another.
