Don’t fall for misleading claims! 🚫 Products labelled ‘stoneground’ or ‘seven-grain’ might sound healthier options, but they’re not always #Wholegrain. 🧐 Always check the label and look for “whole” or “whole grain” before the grain name. It should be one of the first ingredients.
