Despite us hearing on Thursday from Iran's FM, Abbas Araghchi, that the MoU with the US "...has never been closer to completion," a few hours ago, Iran's state media revealed the it may be signed in the "coming days”, but “not on Sunday”. Sadly, that sounds like it’s in the long grass again!
