Considering I already forgot some (because this sheet went through like, 3 different iterations so some got lost while I moved stuff around) yeah I appreciate everyone's patience and support a lot!

I appreciate you setting the collab up for us, this looka VERY high maintenance especially with over a hundred characters (+1 from me?? 🙏)

Dark Arle from Puyo Puyo 7 is notably missing from the 35th anniversary art collab, and despite you don't want to "include … — I've added her to the sheet since I rationalized it as her being a separate playable character as well. She's on the suzuran… alterspring.org/@klug/a/1160...

if we submitted reqs for characters that have been taken already, are we allowed to resubmit? — Yes please resubmit your form if your chosen characters have already been claimed! alterspring.org/@klug/a/1160...

okay updates might be slower for a little since I do need to eat and take care of myself. The spreadsheet should be up to date with all 28(!) responses I've gotten so far for the sign-ups docs.google.com/spreadsheets... I also added a progress table to show how many characters have been claimed.

Collection of kind feedback, thank you for the warm reception! I think after the downer that was the livestream, it's nice to have something to look forward to this year. It's my first time hosting this sort of thing, so I appreciate everyone's patience and flexibility as well.

Thank you for hosting!!

This is a really nice thing that you're doing!!! I've been into Puyo for a while now and I think it's super sweet that you're bringing fans of the franchise together like this :D

This is very fun, thank you for organizing this collab! :)

I Love My Friends and Acquaintances

pretty awesome that you're doing this! hopefully it will bring more attention to the puyo franchise as a whole!

I may have assigned this person a different character than Doppel since (iirc) Rulue was higher on their list, but I would like Lilith to be depicted in her Final Exam deisgn

How would you want Lilith depicted? I’d love to draw her but would you want her as the purple Arle from Chaotic Final Exam or something more abstract fitting her almost nonexistent nature.

010

You can draw them interacting, but I prefer for their artwork to be separate! like their lineart/colors etc. should be in separate folders and then sent to me since I'll be arranging this on a large canvas

If i were to get my highest two, drawing them engaging together (i.e a silly pose or beside eachother) is fine considering their background right? Or should I just do them with seperate poses?

Mindless doodles from my sketchbook last night #original | #traditionalart

A traditional drawing done with acrylic markers. A white pegasus outlined in blue flies towards the lower left corner of the page with a multicolored trail of blue, pink, purple, yellow, and green streaks flowing from behind it. They are drawn over two brown-colored sticky notes.

For my own peace of mind, I would prefer no collaboration just because it'll be easier to distribute the work and keep track of assigned artists. I'm sorry for shooting this idea down but I'm one person managing an estimate of 50 (?!) artists based on the responses to this form!

I wonder if Duo characters could be an opportunity for 2 artists to collab? As well as being open to having both be drawn by 1 artist

"What kind of art is acceptable?" Well it's going to be a poster, so it'll just be a collage of full-bodies overlaid onto a background? I'm not 100% sure what this question is asking unfortunately.

100

"I'm not sure to what extent I could help with graphic design as graphic design itself is something I don't know anything about, but if there's additional drawn elements to be had I miiight be able to?" re: graphic design I'm mostly thinking of font choices and helping with the poster layout

100

-- Since I'd still prefer to be able to arrange and layer them freely on the canvas. Sorry for the bad example but like, the blue and the red here are on separate layers/groups and that will make it easier for freer composition on my end

100

"is itttttt possible to do two characters who are particularly close but not in the jay/elle or yu/rei way? like if u drew klug AND strangeklug back to back or smth :7" To an extent! I request that you just draw them both whole body...like...don't cut the obscured parts --

Questions thread "Any update/changes will be posted to the viewers or the participants right?" Yes! I'll be updating everyone on changes beforehand, I'll have a document and a spreadsheet with all the rules. depending on the scope I might make a discord server just for ease of communication!

I realized I should've had this from the start, so I just added a little feedback section for people with more specific questions! Apologies for the massive oversight on my part. I'll do my best to answer/respond if necessary but I'll be going out for lunch with a friend in a bit haha

If you have any additional questions and feedback, please write them here here! I'll answer them on my Bluesky to the best of my ability.
