Access to HRT for the purpose of transitioning needn't be hard, but the systems in place choose to make it so. Euphoria before Dysphoria aims to support suffering trans people on the ground by helping them access the resources and care they need, while campaigning for lasting, legislative change.

Gender affirming care in the UK is a farcical circus of gatekeeping, underdosing, and medicalising people for just trying to exist. Isn't it rather silly that your local DIY trans elder can provide better gender affirming care than your GP? Who continues to insist they simply don't know enough.
