I'm obsessed with these Haudenosaunee Skunk Beans I grew from seed from Nictaux, NS by Annapolis Seeds: heirloom variety grown by the Haudenosaunee for centuries. They are so pretty I almost don't want to eat them (once I figure out how to cook them that is). I'm going to have the prettiest pantry!
