Bron y llwybr cyfan o fy rhediad 5km arferol ym Mhorthcawl. Mae hi wastad yn braf rhedeg ar hyd y morglawdd. Almost the entire route of my usual 5km run in Porthcawl. It is always nice running along the breakwater.

Spent yesterday afternoon hob-nobbing with (whisper it!) English rugby royalty. Bob Hiller, former England rugby captain and British Lion. Also my former teacher. Unveiling of a new war memorial at the Bec Old Boys’ Rugby Club in Tooting, south London.
