Here is a painting of Adora in the fic "Polar Night/Midnight Sun" by @lalisra.bsky.social Thank you for the commission! Everyone go read their works if you haven't already #spop #shera #fanart

portrait of adora in the Norway AU by Lisra on ao3. She is on a fishing boat, wearing a typical norwegian pattern sweater, long braid in the wind and looking into the distance with a serene smile. in the background the sea is stormy, but some sunrays are shining through the thick clouds and illuminating her little house on the cliffs. carved on the boat there's the word "hjemme", meaning "at home" in Norwegian

i just picture her doing things she actually likes just because she wants to, finally able to find out who she is as adora, without the burden of destiny and responsibility. i like to think she'd be into learning about the world and the universe, so astronomy, cartography, environmental sciences...

drawind of the best friends squad (adora, catra, glimmer and bow. and melog) having a sleepover in catradora's cottage in the whispering woods. they're sitting on a carpet the ground, surrounded by pillows, adora and glimmer are playing a board game while catra braids adora's hair and bow braids catra's hair. melog is napping on a pillow. in the background there's a typical brightmoon-style window (glimmer's gift) a flower shaped lamp (perfuma's gift), a window loveseat, some wall decor and a big globe of etheria.

On the floor near the throne there are other gifts from her persuers. On Catra's right stands Adora, dressed in golden knight armour. The background is a wall with frescoes and mosaics depicting flowers, moons and stars. There's two big pots with small trees on each side of the painting, in the background.
