Work up to a 24hr fast. You can try 2hrs first then if you feel good about it, keep going. If the cravings hit (*not real hunger*) try putting on a show in a foreign language so you'll be distracted in trying to follow the subs/plot. Do that while also getting in steps, you'll forget you're walking.

Maybe diet mountain dew lol. My tips- fast or do an omad (one meal a day, but don't go crazy with the cals), walk 2-3k+ to start. Its easier to walk more when you have lower pressure (tho it might take time to build up to it)

Ye it gets more bearable, idk if it'll go away for good or just temporarily, but either eat I'd say its still a good starting point. You could also do a dirty fast where you eat less than 100c throughout the day so if/when you end the fast, you wont immediately binge
