Took this in the middle of eating lunch, after having already eaten a stuffed mushroom. Unless there's a conspiracy to remove protein from salmon, the anti-protein warriors (whoever and wherever they are) didn't ruin this.

I did the singing carrots vocal range test for the first time in years this afternoon. Did a few wordless notes and sang parts of a bunch of songs. For not having any formal training it seems like a good-sized range but the high notes tired me out.
