The best advice I've ever got is to write a mantra on a piece of paper, pin it to the wall, and whenever in stress, fear, or doubt, read it until it gets under the skin and clean all that shit out of the system. The mantra: THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT I AM NOT IMPORTANT NOTHING IS
