Ace Combat 7: I’ve been re-discovering my love of flight games lately. I had a LOT of fun with this, and the story really pulled me in. If you like Gundam you should try Ace Combat these are basically Gundam games. ESPECIALLY those last few missions. Stick with Trigger and you’ll make it through.

Mega Man 1-6: decided to play through the classic series leading up to Dual Override, these games are all still REALLY good. Plus I can blow through one in an evening which is nice. It’s really crazy how you start to see the modern artstyle slowly emerge on the NES, 5 and 6 are ridiculously pretty.

Bubsy 4D: this game is proof that reviving a franchise that dies because it was bad CAN work if you give it to someone actually good at making video games. It’s not the highest production value thing but it is $20, which is correct. They should give Fabraz Gex next.

Tokon: time will tell if this sticks for me but I like it a lot so far. It’s definitely a new school game with everything that entails but I’m actually really enjoying this whole lots of assists but not as much tagging this game has going on. Kind of a rival schools vibe in that way.

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur season 1: every once in a while I like to take a look at a kids show if it’s got really good animation. This show’s art style is incredible and it’s pretty funny but again, definitely a kids show. I’m just glad there’s kids stuff being made now that’s still high quality.

Spider-Man brand new day: Really enjoyed this, it’s not like it’s the best thing in the world or anything but it’s a marvel movie that’s like. A movie. That things happen in. I like Peter Parker’s undercover voice being a generic “ey I’m walkin’ here” thing.
