#Trump taking away #Medicaid over #Medicare was strategic. Medicare = fed health prog for 65+ srs (& under for some disabilities). Medicaid = state/fed health prog for those w/lim. income & resources. This is about inflicting the most harm w/the least political damage. War against the poor.
