Amazing to see the difference between a seasoned employee and a newbie. 2 different AA agents yesterday: 1 told me no way to get to SLC because of flight delays. The other came a few minutes later and came up with a route that got me here at 1am (over 3 flights 😅) Happy to make it but need coffee!
