I'll admit I'm positively surprised to not found that many people at this point, but you can check forums like resetera to see how very respected talented developers who were praised before are now dragged as greedy assholes who do nothing of value.

huh, to think i used them as an example of good non-AI PC ports back when the AI slop PC port of F-Zero X appeared, this sucks.

i guess the project got too big and the owners too greedy to keep things free of AI slop.
