Wrong dude playing the wrong game, it sounds like. Sorry about that.

Esh - (Commissions open ) @eshficaddict.bsky.social · 8h

Oh Hilda is a delight. I may be slightly biased as a Scandinavian enjoying how I recognize many of the monsters, but still.

Esh - (Commissions open ) @eshficaddict.bsky.social · 8h

Oof. This is why I try so hard when I play a game to explain exactly why I believe a puzzle was giving me trouble. And to acknowledge my own tendencies to overthink, that I may just have missed something or that sometines our brains just work differently. Puzzles are hard.

Aight, low self esteem is not making me feel bad enough. Better watch the horror game awards showcase from a few days ago and marvel at insanely talented people making super cool shit that will make me feel forever inferior

Bogmire boss fight, Mr. Luggs, details like Luigis tone of voice and walk changes with your health, the moment the power goes out, King Boo creeping right behind Luigi in 2, jousting against King McGeist, everything about Helen Gravely... there's plenty.

The real hilarity of all those "AI is the futute *snaps pencil in half*" posts isn't even when the AI blatantly fucks it up. It's the fact they think showing a popular character yelling is an argument when otherwise they have none. It's a seven degrees downgraded "my dad can beat up ypur dad"

Sorry, I've sort-of called it off, as I clearly underestimated what I was asking for and most offers just aren't in my price range. Thanks for asking, however.

Esh - (Commissions open ) @eshficaddict.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Thanks. I neve expected "cheap" mind you, it just went a few paygrades beyond what I thought Some blame lies in me apparently not being quite clear on what I wanted, though. THat, and I appear to have attracted a few bots that clearly aren't actually reading anything beyond "3d model" and "money"

I am looking to have screenshots from the game recreated, but with a rendering of me in the games graphical style in place of the main character, to then use as a thunbnail for a video, yes. I usually draw my own thimbnails. But since I i dunno anything about 3D I figured I'd seek some help.

Esh - (Commissions open ) @eshficaddict.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

As I have quoted on this, I vastly underestimated the price of a model being made. Your work is likely out of my price range. That said, what I am looking to have made is not so much a fully riggable model as it is rendered images featuring one, that I can use for video thumbnails.

I'm horribly embarassed, and I can't apologize enough to those who kindly approached me and have been understanding about my ignorance. It's not the same, but I know from my own art how it feels to have people grossly lowball your skill, and I hate that I have even accidentally done so to others.

* UDPATE * I will have to put a pin in this. I was badly uninformed and grossly underestimated the base price and work going into models, even they seemed "simple" to m at first. It is simply not in my range, even with the very generous offers I have recieved so far. So basically, this is off.

I am looking to have images made featuring a 3D Model based on myself, but in a style reminiscent of early PC games such as Alone in the Dark - here's a playthrough of that game to give you an idea. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fX5u... More specifics on the images if you pop into my DMs about it.
