At some point, the built up shame and stress just become too much that we r like vomiting emotionally at all the stuffs we’re told not to like as an adult. Overall I think it’s an extreme episode of what has been kept subconscious but never fully dealt with, as if possible

What I mean is being an adult we passively push back against the stereotypical shame of liking “childish stuffs” all the time, our mind has plenty of good arguments supporting why it’s ok to like those things but it has a limit
