Graphite tape removed. Much easier than repair videos made it look like. Age probably had something to do with that. Also, a random bit of copper that I don't think belongs here, don't know where it could go, and I'm really hoping won't be missed.

Here's what I was seeing with my display. Started off with one white line after a drop, and a new line showed up after more drops. Tried reconnecting it to practice and check to see if it was a loose connection. No dice.

What Grok did is disgusting, but it's not the first time an AI bot has done this and nothing continues to be done, about it, except for demonizing adult artists for producing legal art. I wrote my senators a letter expressing my disgust and you should too.

Senator,

For the not the first time, an AI bot(even though it's about as far away from intelligence as anything can be) has been found generating CSAM images.

In a time where we are continuously losing rights and privacy (see internet age confirmation laws) in the name of "protecting children", AI companies whose products generate CSAM are treated like a 5 year old that cursed in public.

In a time where adult artists producing legal artwork are being demonized and allowed to be discriminated against such that the online payment monopoly is allowed to block adults from making legal purchases of their artwork in the name of "protecting children", a story about an AI company's product producing CSAM will shortly be followed by a story about how the government is refusing to introduce any AI regulation, and how those companies have raised billions of dollars for their CSAM generators.

This is nothing short of evil, and everyone, including you and your colleagues, who are in a position to influence change yet continue to do nothing in the name of propping up a bubble for a few more months, should feel something that far surpasses shame. You all have complicity in these companies continue to get away with what would cause a normal person to be thrown in prison for years.

Anytime Congress continues to act in the name of "child safety", continues to be nothing more than a farcical ruse. Stop bending over backwards for this technology. AI isn't the future of anything except the abuse of everyday people.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT YOU COWARDS. Prosecute these companies for their crimes and stop treating every other average person as a potential predator.
