it was the ad buying agency that particular PAC was using, so a grunt filling out air traffic distribution punched in the wrong DMA (I'll have to see how they're named tomorrow) and is probably fired over a measly 25k mistake (25k is not very much) this is VERY MUCH my bailiwick lol
