I was there for an hour trying to calm myself. It wasn't fun. Eventually, I came away not knowing yet I was a woman, but I knew enough to know I wasn't a man. 5 months later I came out to my then-wife, a month after that I came out publicly, August 2024 I started HRT and I haven't looked back since.

I had my ways of telling myself why I can't be trans and it pushed the thoughts away enough that I could go back to my miserable life. That night was different. I couldn't do that. Its like my mind had put its foot down and told me we were confronting this.

So apparently today is national coming out day. I actually have a picture of the day I came out to myself. On the left on 19th May 2023. I was driving home from wrestling on a show in Leeds. I'd already been pushing back against the idea that I was trans for around 3 years at this point

Regardless of whether I'd said trans women are female or not, she would still not call us women. She was scared that I'd keep talking and provide proof that we're female so she wanted to in bad faith, appeal to some desire to be accepted she seems to think I had to get me to stop talking

One thing I was warned out pre-transition by cis women, which i believed but didn't realise how bad it was, is how men expect you to make space for them I've been shoulder checked and literally motioned to move by so many men since transitioning and it never happened before
