I've learned sleep hygiene does more than anything, consistent times, minding what you do before bed. My CPAP misadventure made me bitter about them and feeling that it's a scam. The 90 days I had it they billed my insurance nearly $1200 and I was on the hook for $750 of it for the worst sleep ever.
