Scarlet Dream as she currently is. Likely subject to some tweaks still but she's in a place I'm happy with her.

Scarlet Dream with her prototype iteration. I learned so much with the original build that I was able to optimise like crazy. Comparing the two reminds me of the different between Tauron and Monsoon from Robot Wars/Battlebots

Finished Leagues last night - all completable tasks + a second Dragon trophy while working on those. Came in at rank 59 when I finished. Last league I burned out and dropped from the top 100 in the last weeks, so I made up for it this time Don't think I'll go so hard next time but it was really fun

Man this era of Doctor Who sucked but I was at least a bit excited for the idea of a Doomsday sequel as a sendoff. The one thing I was most excited for from RTD2 were the Daleks because nobody ever really got them again right after Moffat took over. Fuck the regeneration stunt, what a mess.

I can't do much alone, but I also can't function well around others I feel that keeps me from what I want, leaving me at dead ends. I don't think I'm ever going to truly be myself. I can live the life I can, but I can't be a real person Might not make sense, exactly. I just wish I wasn't so weak.

Man I really miss doing Dangan RPs but it's so hard to find a new one to join. Even the ones that restrict minors from joining are mostly populated by players barely older than 18 and it's like a whole different culture. Where are the KGRPs for people born in the 90s, they can't be extinct-

Echoing that using 3D models for art is awesome. It's just another step in the process - you have to be able to pose the model in a way that feels dynamic and you have to be able to use your own understanding of anatomy to fill in where the model lacks. Both of these are skills in themselves -

Went down a rabbithole of old PC demo discs & put a name to a bunch of demos that I couldn't remember from when I was a kid. What bothers me is I can't find any of the exact discs. I found the games on several discs, but don't recognise the other demos on any of them. So where did they come from...

Playing Brawl for retroachievements and, man. Even ignoring competitive play, it really is such a downgrade from Melee. Everything about it feels so unsatisfying and filled with malice design-wise. It doesn't want you to get good at smash, it wants you subjected to the Smash Bros experience

Update: After a further 5k gems and wringing out all but a couple of solo modes, Master Duel finally saw fit to bestow one Hospitality alt art on me, as the 30th UR from the set. That is 6 times the rate. 99.845%. That is something like 1 in 1000 chance of occurring The things I do for these maids

Yeah ok this isn't funny anymore. 18.6k gems deep for the alt art Hospitality in Master Duel and somehow I still don't have it. All the daily & event missions, all the solo modes slogged through, no good. Btw it's limited time available, so if I don't get it in 10 days it's gone for good lmao

7 Borreload, 5 House, 5 Sheou, 7 Lady. I had some copies already but I also disassembled some copies early into the hunt, so the actual numbers from opening the packs is reasonably close to these

I am 'enjoying' this brief time where dragonmaids are viable in MD before the upcoming power spike, but I'm greedy and want more support. Some of the other archetypes have gotten crazy support while maids still die to a single ash/imperm, and even their best board (inc/4 negates) dies to droplet

Also I've been locked in on trying to get better at Blender so not much art lately. Here's Parlor's hair built in Blender. Maybe more maid art soon.

I wish I had a writing partner. Feels like I can't do anything more with my art/characters cause I'm not good at writing lots. I want to reboot my scrapped project, but I'm afraid I'll never get anywhere with how much writing it'll take. If I could just focus on the art, maybe it'd get somewhere.

Reached dragon rank in leagues. Not sure how much further I'll go, would like to secure a good hiscore spot but once I get down to just the more tedious tasks I'll probably call it. Itching to get to work on some creative stuff again, I've had a lot of time to think about what I want to do.
