I usually make Charisma the stat I always only put 1 in cuz of past games, so it was a pain to realize that many hours into a survival save... I try to put Charisma a bit higher now so I don't spend as many levels on it.

So many right wing adjacent parties in power too in Europe, with ones on the far right growing and enjoying Trump's growth.

I am also a bit annoyed that setting up trading between settlements Is so deep down the Charisma tree, don't have much use for Charisma other than that.

I went the doctor route and my biggest warning for folks now is, if you do it that way be prepared for long wait times, at least if you are Swedish. And I was apparently pretty lucky with my wait time compared to trans folks that do it today.
